You’re Invited…Nottingham Environment and Climate Assembly Manifesto Launch
After months of planning, community engagement and two incredible assembly days, we are thrilled to announce the launch of the Nottingham Environment and Climate Assembly Manifesto.
Over the course of the assembly, 58 Nottingham residents from all walks of life came together to learn from experts, deliberate and share their vision for the environmental future of their city. The result is a manifesto that represents the genuine voices of Nottingham people: their hopes, their ideas and their vision for a greener, fairer city.
The manifesto will be presented to decision makers across the city and region, including Nottingham City Council, local MPs and the East Midlands Mayor, who have pledged to listen and respond.
To mark this moment, we are hosting a Manifesto Launch Party on Thursday 23rd July, 5.30–7.30pm at Nottingham College. Everyone is welcome whether you were part of the assembly, attended the exhibition, or have simply been following our journey. Come and celebrate what Nottingham people can achieve when they are given a real voice.
